.. Rich assisted us in finding a home in 2003 that met all our needs and then again when we sold the same home in 2019. We feel that Rich went out of his way in getting the home ready for sale, pricing and counseling us through the entire transaction. Rich was there for everything and met with us every time we asked. He counseled us and always provided great incite. He clearly went above and beyond the call of duty. We never felt like it was just another sale with a realtor. We felt like our best interests were more important than the commission. We highly recommend Rich for his excellent customer service and knowledge. We love him as a person and a professional.

After speaking/interviewing close to a dozen agents to help us with our buy/sell we sat down with Rich. From the very first time we met, we were blown away with his knowledge and professionalism. I've never had much interaction with him, but he was always pleasant. I'm VERY happy to say that the pleasant personal side was very much in evidence along with superb professionalism. Rich took what had to be a frustrating set of requirements for our new house right in stride. We have a large family with a somewhat limited budget and he was more than happy to show us around to as many houses as it took. Three offers later (boy the market here in Portland is NUTS!!!!), we have a house that will meet our changing needs for many years to come. I highly recommend Rich to anyone who is looking for a house. He knows the area, knows what things to keep an eye out for that might be a problem in the future, and he is more able to keep up with lightning fast changes of what is most important in a search for just the right place. If I could post a pop-up on every website dealing with houses or billboards all over the area that say "Do yourself a favor and work with Rich when finding your next home. You couldn't get better!" I would do it in heartbeat!

He took the time to get to know our needs and wants, gave great advice when we asked for it, and really made sure that what we were seeing was going to work for us. He was calm, kind, and incredibly helpful. I would 100% work with him again in the future.

He was... Rich was there every step of the way. He was able to answer any question I had. He also had a couple finance companies available if I needed assistance. He held open houses, and he was there for my appraisal and home inspections. He was able to sell my house in just a couple weeks.

I'm very happy with the outcome!

We have used him on at least 8 transactions. He is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. In all of our real estate investing we have had to work with other agents and I don’t know if Rich is just a unicorn, but no other agent compares to him. He has questions answered and information ready before we even ask for it. If something needs to be done (i.e. contractors scheduled, appraisers scheduled, documents signed, etc.), he literally gets things done immediately. I could go on and on about how great Rich is and how other realtors simply do not compares to him, but I think the mere fact that we’ve used him for over 15 years says something. Both my mother and mother-in-law have used him as well and my widowed mother relocated from another state and he helped make her transition so smooth. We really cannot recommend Rich enough.
